Use the steps below for registration, email verification and login.
1. New User Registration
Access: open the portal homepage in your browser and choose Register or Create Account.
Personal details: provide full name, email, mobile, profession or role, facility name and, if relevant, nursing registration or APC number with expiry date.
Credentials: create a username, set an 8+ character password with mixed character types and confirm it.
Consent: review the terms and PDPA notice, then tick to agree.
Submit: select Register or Create Account to create the profile.
2. Email Verification
Check the inbox for a confirmation email and follow the verification link.
If missing, inspect Spam or Junk, then request a resend or contact support.
3. Logging In
On the Login page, enter the registered username or email plus your password, then select Log in.
Successful sign-in directs to the relevant dashboard for staff or HR managers.
4. First-Time Checklist
Open Profile and confirm name, email, mobile, profession or role and facility.
Ensure nursing registration or APC number and expiry date are accurate.
Explore My Courses or CPD Modules, Certificates and Progress or CPD Points.
5. Resetting a Forgotten Password
Select Forgot password? on the Login page.
Enter the registered email, submit, then follow the reset link sent by email to set a new password.
6. Common Issues
Invalid login: confirm Caps Lock is off, remove trailing spaces or reset the password.
Account not activated: complete email verification or request a new link.
Changed email or facility: update details in Profile to keep CPD records aligned.
Keep contact and APC details current to maintain accurate CPD tracking.
