Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SRIHATI CPD online platform (“the Platform”). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, refrain from using the Platform. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review periodically.

Platform Purpose and Audience

SRIHATI serves Malaysian healthcare professionals for CPD. You represent that you are a qualified healthcare professional or authorised participant. We may restrict features or require verification of professional status.

User Registration and Account

• Provide truthful, current details during registration.
• Keep credentials confidential and use a strong password. Notify asikin@corelifetraining.com.my of any unauthorised use.
• Update account information promptly.
• One account per user unless permitted; do not share or use another’s account.

User Obligations and Acceptable Use

• Professional Conduct: Be respectful; do not post unlawful, offensive, defamatory or discriminatory content.
• No Unauthorised Activities: Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access or probe system vulnerabilities.
• IP Compliance: Respect copyrights, trademarks and other IP; do not copy or distribute materials except where expressly permitted.
• No Commercial Exploitation: Personal educational use only; no advertising, scraping or data mining.
• Adherence to Laws: Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare and communications laws.

Content Access and Use

We grant a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal professional development. You may view or stream content and download resources where explicitly permitted. Do not publicly display, republish or circumvent technical measures without permission. Content is for general educational purposes and not specific professional advice.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, granting SRIHATI a licence to use it to operate the Platform. Ensure submissions are lawful and non-infringing. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform content (excluding user content) is owned by SRIHATI or its licensors. Use of trademarks and branding, including “SRIHATI”, requires prior written consent. Do not reverse-engineer or remove proprietary notices.

Payment and Fees

• Fees (if any) are in MYR and inclusive of SST unless noted.
• Payments are processed via secure gateways; we do not store full card details.
• Refunds are generally not provided after access is granted, except as required by law or at SRIHATI’s discretion for issues originating on our side.
• Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.

Service Availability and Limitations

• Maintenance and Updates: Temporary suspension may occur; we provide notice where feasible.
• Technical Requirements: Ensure compatible device and internet connection.
• Beta Features: Provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued.

Disclaimers

The Platform and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Educational content is supplementary and not a substitute for professional judgement. SRIHATI is not a medical or clinical advisory service; any clinical information is for learning purposes only and must be applied with independent professional judgement.

We make no guarantee that completing courses or modules will meet any accreditation requirements or professional qualifications, unless explicitly stated for a particular course. Where a module is accredited by a professional body, CPD points remain subject to that body’s final approval.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages. Total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months or RM100, whichever is greater, except where prohibited by law or for liability that cannot be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SRIHATI and affiliates against third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination and Suspension

• By User: You may terminate your account; certain data may be retained as required by law per our Privacy Policy. Fees are typically non-refundable on voluntary termination.
• By SRIHATI: We may suspend or terminate for serious or repeated breach, legal requirements, security issues or prolonged inactivity.
• Effect: Access ceases upon termination; back up any data you wish to retain.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.

Compliance with Laws

We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and Electronic Commerce Act 2006, including transparent pricing and corporate identity disclosures where required.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy and posted guidelines form the entire agreement.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
• Severability: Invalid provisions are modified to the minimum extent necessary; remainder remains effective.
• Assignment: You may not assign without consent; SRIHATI may assign in connection with corporate transactions.
• Third-Party Rights: No third-party beneficiaries.
